I’d like to introduce you to Coursera, Coursera is an education platform that partners with top universities and organizations worldwide to offer courses online for anyone to take. Their mission is “to provide universal access to the world’s best education”.  From what I can see, they are doing a really good job of making career development and learning easy and affordable.

Classes are held monthly, online and vary in terms of time commitment so you can sign up for classes if and when they fit in to your schedule.

I think that their pricing is very reasonable especially since there is a very high ROI in your career development.  As one example, their Project Management Principles and Practices is 4 classes @ $69 each or $248 if you pay for all four classes up front.
